Completely blown away by this team. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Kickertz and her team made me feel so comfortable, from explaining every step to asking me my music preference to play throughout the procedure, they were beyond accommodating and patient with me. I experienced zero pain during and after the procedure. Honestly, I joked with my coworkers that this felt more like a mini vacation from my busy work schedule. I’m recommending Dr. Kickertz to anyone I know and will absolutely be going back if I ever need more work done.

Dr. Kickertz & team were exceptional! I became in need of a root canal over the Christmas holiday. I was desperate to get the procedure done after experiencing a great deal of pain. The team at Premier Endodontics fit me in their busy schedule the same day to address my needs. The procedure itself was very efficient, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the root canal process. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kickertz to anyone!

I am very grateful for the patience and care of Dr. Kickertz and her team. Getting a root canal is stressful and it's not always easy to get straightforward cost quotes when a consultation is needed to determine the extent of the issue. The team here coordinated with my insurance in advance to explain my financial responsibility as the patient and went above and beyond with follow ups to make sure all my questions were answered, which was a very different experience from other offices I contacted to get estimates. Dr. Kickertz did an amazing job with the actual procedure and called personally to follow up and make sure my recovery was going well. I hope I don't have to get any more root canals soon but wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed to!

Welcoming staff, on time, did a painless and successful root canal and that tooth feels great for first time in years. Highly recommend Dr Kirkertz. My wife had the same procedure with the same excellent experience. And they accept my dental insurance!

I was having a nightmare dental emergency and Dr Kickertz saved the day! They got me in right away and treated the issue that my primary dentist could not even see. I hope you never have a cracked tooth, but if you do, call this office. Amazing!!

I had my very first appointment here today and I could not be more pleased! The receptionist, dental assistant and Dr. Kickertz were all wonderful. The doctor took the time to explain all my options showing me the fantastic imaging on the computer from my 3D xrays. I give this endodontic office a 10 out of a 10!!

Dr. Kickertz performed a root canal procedure as my long time Endodontist was not available. I found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She reviewed the x-rays with me and explained the treatment plan clearly. The procedure was painless and completed with efficiency and attention to my comfort. The assistant was prepared and also caring and warm. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was but you rarely see the words “root canal” and “positive” used together! I had no pain or side-effects following the procedure at all. I hope I don’t need another root canal anytime soon, but I am good to go for now!

I give this place an easy 5 stars!! I had bad experiences with previous dentists and was extremely nervous coming in. However, Dr. Kickertz was amazing! She made me feel comfortable before, during, and after the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Moreover, she was very professional. I never thought a root canal experience would be positive, but it sure was! She numbed me pretty good and didn’t feel almost anything during the process. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a root canal!
